- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or innovation frameworks preferred
