Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential growth scenarios and risk mitigation
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
