Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Strong background in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable systems implementation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and budgets over $1M
