- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Build and maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and boards to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation, ensuring ROI alignment
- Represent 2026 Innovations at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique, trend impact analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
