Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging market disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future economic impacts and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and megatrend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
