Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging technology incubators
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI and big data analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership through industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with AI ethics, climate adaptation strategies, or biotech forecasting
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS) highly valued
