Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and development of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and next-gen computing.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, analyzing their potential impact on the market and our internal infrastructure.
- Cross-train engineering teams on futuristic paradigms, ensuring a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
- Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to translate long-term vision into actionable development cycles.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech adoption and measure ROI on experimental projects.
- Identify potential risks and technical bottlenecks in long-term strategic initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing breakthrough technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning frameworks, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
