As a key member of our Innovation Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to decode emerging trends and develop actionable frameworks for 2026 and beyond. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and validate disruptive trends impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative forecasting models and scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Exceptional proficiency in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
