Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technological paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption curves and societal impact
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech, quantum)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-vision implementations
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex uncertainty
