Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework for enterprise strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and tech summits
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented future-proofing strategies
