Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using scenario planning methodologies
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to capitalize on emerging megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-ready organizational structures
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend briefs, innovation roadmaps, and risk mitigation protocols
- Build proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused leadership and tech ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of future-oriented strategic deliverables
