Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct advanced trend analysis using AI-powered forecasting tools and qualitative research
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future strategies
- Strong proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
