Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members, driving data-backed decision-making
- Manage a $10M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFP) or equivalent strategic planning credentials
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Published author or frequent speaker at global technology conferences
