Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps by synthesizing global R&D trends, academic breakthroughs, and market signals
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify disruptive technologies 3-5 years ahead of mainstream adoption
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI symbiotic ecosystems
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, nanotech, and neuro-interface specialists
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate 2026-era startups
- Author thought leadership on post-digital transformation paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech disruptions (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Published author in tech foresight or peer-reviewed innovation journals
