Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published research in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSP) highly desirable
