Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Produce visionary whitepapers and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Design and facilitate future-state workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Quantify strategic opportunities through predictive analytics and market simulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester frameworks)
