- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making systems.
- Client Solutions: Consult with high-level stakeholders to design bespoke AI solutions that solve complex problems for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and pivot strategies accordingly; a strong portfolio of futuristic projects is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
