Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on 2026 goals, identifying key trends in AI, Edge Computing, and Biotech integration.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of supporting next-generation user experiences and high-volume data processing.
- Innovation Lab: Prototype and test emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) to validate their application within our current product ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Assess technical debt and architectural risks to ensure long-term stability and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development with a strong focus on future technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong grasp of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Computer Vision concepts.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating abstract future trends into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
