What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software systems that align with long-term strategic goals for 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and evaluate their potential integration into our product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve throughput, and ensure system reliability under heavy load.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Go) and frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
