- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- System Scalability: Design microservices architectures capable of handling exponential growth in data throughput and user load.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior and senior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- The Future-Ready Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into product roadmaps ahead of the curve.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of functional programming paradigms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
