Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring our technology stack aligns with emerging industry standards and future-proofing our products.
- Optimize Performance: Lead initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reduce latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical global operations.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including edge computing and decentralized networks.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Proven experience with AI integration, predictive analytics, or next-gen communication protocols.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
