Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the definition and execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- System Design: Architect high-scale, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling enterprise-grade loads.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our core product lines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
