Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI).
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level vision into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Exceptional ability to forecast technological trends and apply them to business strategy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
