The Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech and practical engineering. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our core platforms, ensuring they are resilient, secure, and ready for the next wave of technological disruption.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design resilient, distributed system architectures that support high-velocity AI workloads and future scalability requirements.
- AI Integration Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging AI models and generative capabilities into legacy and new systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and optimization to ensure zero-latency user experiences even at massive scale.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with our R&D division to prototype and validate bleeding-edge technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security postures and ensure compliance with evolving global data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural network architectures, and how to integrate AI into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system failures and devise long-term architectural solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical strategies.
