Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput for a seamless user experience.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code following SOLID principles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to work from our Philadelphia office.
