Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and testable code while refactoring legacy systems for improved performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- API Development: Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure 100% test coverage for critical modules.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience in a professional setting.
- Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend Skills: Expert knowledge of Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
