Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent debugging skills and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
