Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly code.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
