Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of full-stack features using React and Node.js.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems and frontend components.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze code and database queries to optimize application speed and responsiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- Debugging & Support: Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and state management libraries.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
