Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-quality full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver features from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot production incidents, implementing robust solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React or Angular for front-end development and Node.js or Python for back-end services.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
