Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, improve user experience, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards.
- Agile Process: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
