Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a real-time environment.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
