Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in architectural discussions to drive technical strategy and system scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
