Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security, and improve the overall user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture planning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
