Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and Go
- Lead full-stack development of React/Angular front-ends and RESTful APIs
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure system security and compliance with SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design abilities
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
