Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; perform rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application stack and implement strategies to improve speed, scalability, and overall performance.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
