Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in frontend and backend systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements.
- CI/CD Implementation: Streamline deployment pipelines and automate testing processes.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
