Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architecture decisions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define product requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for users.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
