Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end development lifecycle of our flagship products. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that exceeds user expectations. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring our codebase remains robust, secure, and maintainable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
