Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues to optimize application performance and uptime.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Express, or similar server-side languages.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
