Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical strategy and architecture of the platform.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards across all development phases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team setting.
