The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the cornerstone of our development team, driving the architecture and implementation of our flagship products. You will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring our user experience is top-tier.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Optimize database performance and ensure application security and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design sessions.
- Debug complex issues and provide innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
