Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and issues across the full stack in a production environment.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Python (Backend).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
