Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to define and implement features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
