Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, ensuring high availability.
- Participate in architectural discussions to guide the technical direction of the product.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express, or NestJS.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
