Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, and Python).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX/UI designers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert level experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Familiarity with database technologies including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
