Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Core Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring best practices are followed.
- API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services seamlessly.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, perform technical analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues, troubleshoot production incidents, and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS/Tailwind.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
