Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures using modern web technologies.
- Full-Cycle Development: Spearhead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and wireframing to deployment and maintenance.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review: Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
