Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both development and production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development.
- Experience with Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
