Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database design and optimization.
- Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
